Status: offline 		I go to fill out a helpdesk ticket. I fill out issue title, category, priority and product. Then it won't let me put in a description of the problem? whats the problem? what am I missing

Sorry to hear you're having troubles with our helpdesk system.
Are you using IE9 or IE10? Try turning on the IE compatibility mode and check if the issue persists.
