How does the LB version differ from the vanilla version. Especially the reinforcement rosta for divs, hq`s etc. Or is it just a VP cange?

It starts in November 1942 with the Soviet offensives, instead of in June 1942 with the German offensive. Other than that, John would have to answer.

The 42-45 Campaign in LB has little relation to the vanilla 42 campaign as it starts 6 months later. The reinforcement schedule is the only similar element although the precise dates are different and I found a few additional units missing in the original schedule. It is most easily described as an expansion of Trey's Red Army Resurgent scenario (from the Don to Danube expansion) to include the whole front and lasting 130 turns.
