... the counter colors of the Soviet units?

I'm very close to pushing the button on this game and I'm a little turned off by all the bright red. I have Photoshop and could use the color replacement tool to change the red to a more appropriate Soviet brown if the graphic files aren't too hard to access.

On a related note, is it possible to distinguish between regular Soviet army and Guards units? The red would be more fitting for the Guards and I'd probably leave it as is for them if I could. In screenshots it appears that SS formations are black so that leads me to believe it's possible.

I haven't messed around with the graphics for a while now, but I do know it is possible, as I have changed many things myself, and downloaded other peoples changes.

You can see in the AAR's some of these changes, and see what is possible.

there are some mods doing different unit graphics. pull the trigger, it's a great system
