Pretty rare beast these days I think. Should be interesting if they can get it out and maybe do some restoration

iirc it'll be the only one. I'm not sure about the restoration though, after so long in the sea a restoration would likely involve building a new aeroplane. They aren't too sure how she'll react when she's pulled out either so they got some specially designed storage ready (at Cosford I think). Maybe they'll display her like the Halifax at Hendon in 'as found/recovered' condition.

I never thought that doing an AAR would be so time consuming and difficult.

Well, the bottom one appears to be in great shape, so it must be the top one. [:'(]

I'm joking about syntax, as DivePac was, what is the subject of the sentence and the object, etc.. I'm sure they were both in excellent shape.

I should note that DivePac nailed me, and my response was lame at best.

When I was a kid, I was better than most at diagramming sentences, but I hated it just as much as all the other kids. I still managed to avoid learning many things, I just have a rule, if it sounds good, go with it. For instance, I don't know what makes a verb transitive different than any other verb, plus if someone starts talking about Latin declensions, I get really irritated. Amo, amat, amas, yada yade yado. I beg of all of you, puhleese do not explain these things to me, you will do me irreparable harm.

Sorry to have gone over your head, whoosh. Do you have some sort of cloaking device? I keep looking at who is in the forum and "warspite 1" never appears.

Oops, I just saw it, it just appeared. You must have had to lower your shields in order to fire another zinger.

Yes, I must confess - firing my Zinger as much as I can is a hobby of mine
