1.i just played with editor and discovered one interesing think - if you manuály create dedicated training AG - it works perfectly with fighters - you have them , and thier main skills are aa/def/strafing, but it have problém with bombers - when you create school for them and select bomber plane, then that unit dont appear, so you have no chance to train in school your bomber pilots, yes it is posible to use them in "fighter school" with naval/land bombing training, but with this it will need much more time to train them to bomber ue, as they will have generated fighter skills.
scratch this - bombers schools work, just for some reason they didnt loaded for first time.

2. how is a-bomb handled ? Are all bombers units (or only certin planes) capable to drop it ? If only specialized plane/unit have it any extra info displayed (like nuke bomber). And if plane with a bomb will be on mision with others plnes and he get in combat - is a bomb asigned to certain plane so if he get shot down nuking is saved or you need to shot down all planes from taht flight to prevent it ?

Yes, it will work but for a number of reasons; it was removed from the scenario's early on. One only needs to do testing on this functionality to realise that the game works better without this implemented imho.

7.2.1.13.3 ATOMIC BOMB ATTACKS
Atomic Bombs (or A-Bombs) are only utilized by the Allied player, and may only be used by the
393rd NBS unit (which is unit number 1618 in the database editor). The Atomic Attack option
will be displayed for this unit but only in 1945 or 1946 and only if an A-Bomb is available. A
city and industrial target must be selected, with the industrial target serving as ground zero. All
industry in the city may suffer damage.
The number of atomic bombs available to the Allied player is displayed in their Intel screen
listing.
Note: usage of atomic bombs by the Allies will result in negative
effects to their victory level determination (17.1.2).
