Since the expansion is due for release soon, I thought I'd let everyone who doesn't know, that map overlays like the BFTB battlefield tour are still available here:

I did these about 5 years ago and are not up to the standard of the battlefield tour but they will help you with visualising the terrain of Greece, which is lot more dramatic than the Ardennes or Holland.

Just to show you, here's a preview of of the Thermopylae map:

Very nice work. I hadn't looked at the BFTB earth tour until seeing this post, Awesome. Downloaded your map file and going to give that a look.Shows all the work that went into the maps. Just waiting for patch 4 to go final and Cota to be released and then going to sweep up the whole lot. Played the demo for BFTB and then tried to go back to the old HTTR and just wasn't the same. I like all the bells and whistles they added... alot was added...thank you Panther and all concerned....i'm waiting impatiently

This is really great for the feel of the terrain. Thanks for doing this.

I want to play the actual game on an isometric map like this one.

Totally agree, and the first company to do so is going to make big money, if they can develop their own maps, or afford to pay Google the Royalties to use theirs.
Imagine command ops on this kind of map with fluid unit footprints.
Ill just keep dreaming
Hope I don't die before it happens
