Reluctant Admiral mod. Allies take Ramree Island, a dot hex with 0 port and ability to build an airfield to level 5 (well, actually up to 8). But there's no "base" where there should be - see screen shot. IE, I have the dot hex, but no option to build forts or the airfiedl. How do I fix this?

Did you click on the dot in the middle of the hex? Clicking off the center of the hex sometimes won't bring up the base display.

Just checked my map and the dot base on Ramree can be built up. But damn that little dot is hard to see!

Oops, now I see what the problem is.  Err...the dot is still red.  This isn't an atoll, so there wasn't an auto shock attack.  I have to take the dot base before I get to build forts and airfield.  Thanks, gents.
