OUCH!..Did you register any in the members club? If so you can get the downloads from there..though older games you could be in a fix unless you remember the digits in the old credit card.

If you did get any games from digital river and you have serial numbers or credit card info, then I am sure matrix can and will help you out.
They will even bend backwards to help a fellow gamer enjoy the game sthey purchased but are not able to play anymore due to a harddrive crash or even a purchase of a new pc.

Just go to the members section and fill out a help desk form, before you know it you'll be downloading all your games.

Send it to Data Recovery;

Just do like british exil said, open a helpdesk ticket, and provide us with your orders details and we will send new download links.

And you didn't back them up on a CD or FlashDrive as well? The setup.exe are so small there's no reason not to have several backup systems. I have all my games backedup on 3 drives and a DVD. Internal Hard-drive, external hard-drive, flash drive and CD/DVD's. Matrixgames take up so little space (HPS Games too) that there is just no reason not to back them up in several places. Plus if you register them here then Matrixgames stores them for you also. With huge drive storage capabilities today at such little cost there's just no reason not to use them abundantly.

I also upload them to Skydrive or 4shared so even if my PC blew up or I had a fire there still stored and accessible.

I had all my game installation exes on one back up drive, I guess I need a backup of a backup.

VPaulus, I have opened up a ticket with the help desk thanks!

I haven't provided a list of games I lost, but I have it ready including serial keys. The original help desk request doesn't have all the games I lost listed. Should I open up another help desk request or should I wait from someone from help desk to contact me for details.

Thanks!

Now this is a sensible idea! I think I too will do this.

Ahah. Believe me, death can be the least of your problems.

Skydrive only takes 300meg or less but 4shared take higher..so anything under 300meg I put on skydrive anything over goes on 4shared. I also keep one or even two back ups on hard drives. So hopefully I'm covered. The cloud system is a great way though..saves you space and is always there just like a permanent life time download service. When i get the time I will probably put the ones under 300meg on 4shared aswell just to make sure. You can pay I think Skydrive so you can upload bigger files and get more space. Skydrive being Hotmail I imagine will be around for a very long time so I see that as the safest to keep my files so it maybe worth upgrading it.
