Whoever was thoughtful enough to place LCdr Quinton McHale in the leader DB - thank you. Was checking on some TF cdrs in SOPAC and there he was - I'll have to switch him from ASW to PT boats though. A good chuckle and a great memory.

It may have been in the original game. We didn't change the leader table too much.

There are a lot of hidden names amongst the Allied database.

He wasn't in the original game.

. . . and that's all I'm saying.

Has anyone been able to move him to the PT-73?

I noticed there are a lot of Grigsbies, Brorses, Dunnigans and a few others as pilots. The kings of wargaming are represented well, and not just people involved with the original (at least I assume James Dunnigan wasn't involved).

The next question is: Has anyone found Capt "Old Leadbottom" Binghampton in the database?

Cheers,
CC

I didn't see JFK, though, available to command a PT Boat......or GHW Bush available as a Navy Pilot.

They were keeping politics out of the game

Is there a J.G Gorton amongst the RAAF pilots, Australian Prime Minister , flew in Malaya (242 RAF Sqn) and from Darwin with 77 RAAF Sqn

Yes there is.

By special request if I remember correctly around the time of his death in 2002.

No, Captain Bingemton refuse him to lead any PT boats, especially the PT-73

Yeah... I use him when I find it possible, along with Rockwell Torrey!

PT-73 got the wrong side of a IJN DD's main battery a few months ago off Milne Bay. Managed to get him into the job at Lunga though. Unfortunately his aggressiveness is exactly what we might expect

Good idea - Done!

Cannot find either 'Binghampton' or 'Leadbottom' - although there are a couple 'Ledbetter's . He would be ideal to put in charge of the Naval base...
