Status: offline 		Is there a way to tell how much supplies arrive every turn at supreme HQ and how much are required by all troops at 100% consumption rate?

Status: offline 		Yes, I think, although I dont really check too often. If you click on Stavka/OKH one of the tabs tells you supply in and also how much has gone out and been requested by formations.
