Germany has a tech level of 5 for subs yet has one tech investment lightbulb which means it looks dumb at the end of the game that there is still a lightbulb that never goes away. All other tech levels for Germany are at 4 and so should subs be at level 4 tech, thus giving meaning to the tech investment lightbulb and will ensure it goes away once level 5 is reached.

I also saw that Persia is listed as being in the Allies allaince while ti's political leaning shows "pro-Axis" Plus Persia is not at war with any Axis countries. Shouldn't Persia just be neutral?
