We Fight and Die Here

Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge takes the highly acclaimed Airborne Assault engine back to the West Front for the crucial engagements during the Ardennes Offensive. Test your command skills in the fiery crucible of Airborne Assault’s “pausable continuous time” uber-realistic game engine. It's up to you to develop the strategy, issue the orders, set the pace, and try to win the laurels of victory in the cold, shadowy Ardennes.
Command Ops: Highway to the Reich brings us to the setting of one of the most epic and controversial battles of World War II: Operation Market-Garden, covering every major engagement along Hell’s Highway, from the surprise capture of Joe’s Bridge by the Irish Guards a week before the offensive to the final battles on “The Island” south of Arnhem.

Even for me a draw is the best result achieved in this scensrio.

I confirm that some American units seem almost invincible. In the scenario "Losheim Gap", 3 PlC Tp 18 Cav Rec Sqn resisted from D1, 15:51 to D3, 6:10 to 244 StuG Bde (18 AFVs of StuG III G and StuH 42) plus 3 FJD Feldersatz Bn (380 men) plus subsequently 506 s-Pz Bn detachment (3 Tiger II).

I'd say it's due to the fact that he had 20 units disbanded and that it was not possible to find an appropriate unit to transfer the vehicles to.
