This is my first attempt at a 'published' Mod I am going to start slow with just a modification to the technology for the 1944 scenario. This is for ToF version 1.03 Intended for PvAI the scenario needs serious work before PvP is Balanced.

See attached files and instructions:

Copy your entire 1944 Scenario to a new folder (in scenarios folder) rename it "1944 MOD" and copy these two files over the existing files in that folder.

Technology is modded in the Third Reich and there are conditions which trigger upgrades to countries.
