This is v102 so these may be addressed in 104 - just checking.

There is a German fleet sitting in the channel with a corps in transports. The British carriers can recon and attack it just fine. The British fighters cannot seem (I think) to do recon on the sea zone and the British tac air cannot attack the German fleet.

Successful British fighter recon of the French channel ports take it from 3 to 1 action. This may be expected behavior but the Germans only to go down one action.

I can see where Sealion can be a nerve wracking endeavor in head to head play.
