Have I been doing it wrong? I try to keep my advices constructive and informative.

I'll try not to that that happen again, it's a bad habit, I know, but I just can't get rid of it.

Sounds like you've got the right idea. The best way to learn is to use the automation and turn off those functions that you feel ready to take on yourself.

Status: online 		It think that alarm should have a setting of its own in the options menu. Either an on/off check box or a way of selecting the sound or adjust the volume. The default is quite stressful, I found.

I think I replaced it with the silence file within a couple hours of owning the game.
