Just wondered, with Blizzard the FBDs will get attrition looses. Does this make them perform rail conversion worse in any way before they become unready? Therefore should I just use them and make sure they don't get any replacements, or should I take them home over winter?
Thanks.

Whether or not they get attrition losses, you will need to expand/link your rail network. As long as you don't have your main railways linked (north-south) your supply to forward units will be very vulnerable as soon as partisans damage one of the main west-east railways in rear areas.
