Hey,

Did anyone ever notice the japanese not paying any HI for pilot training in your beta game?

I just moved my PBEM over to the beta... let me to a check on this asap.

Just tested under 1.7.11.21b in a small sand box and you're right, no pilot cost. Let me check with a real full blown scenario...

I think it is only for new games started under beta. In my PBEM everything is ok.
I have 1 march 43 and i just pay 16k HI for pilot training. I am using 22a beta
Earlier months are also under beta 19 series and ealier
