Found this gem on on the net.... 2 I-16s strapped to a TB3 each carrying 2x250 kg bombs. The Russians flew about 30 missions using them.

I flew them online in an IL-2 Sturmovik full swicth server...

How'd they land them, surely they should be on the top of the wing.

Yep, they were my favorite plane in IL-2. And that is hard to say because they had so many amazing aircraft.
