Achtung Panzer....can the infantry units enter building. I have the game but can't get them to enter. It seems the building can be destoryed though.

yes they can, use defend order on building or as close to it as possible. They will even spread out to multiple buildings in they dont fit in one. I think the hide button works too, but i usually use the defend order. I put an observer in a church steeple one time for artillery spotting purposes.

Sorry I was offline. The missus conned me into watching The Biggest Loser in the basement where she has the stove cranked and a temperature of 84. I think I sweated more than the contestants.

Yes. What was posted is correct. It takes some getting used to but IMO, it is the biggest diamond in the rough of a game as I have ever played. I can only begin to tell you about the back and forth action of some of the campaigs. Hopefully one day we can have multiplayer. If you need to know anything else ask away because both myself budd and wodin have been playing it pretty regularly.

I bought it awhile back on gamersgate and it was on my shelf there.  Forgot about it until the other day.  So far the graphics and the game its self is not to shabby.

APOS is vary good. The old Karkov 43 I bought on a wim as i liked Karkov 42 (tank sim). So many late nights with K43. Took forever for APOS to get released in WEST. But worth the wait and its evolved so vary well over the past year.

And yes..........I am attempting to get to 10 posts so I can wait 7 days to post links.

Just wait until it clicks with you and navigating the game becomes second nature. You will be floored at the genius of much of the game (and sometimes frustrated with its warts) I bought it, fumbled my way into it just a bit before I shelved it. So glad I gave it another try because, it is my favorite game of all time and that is saying a lot.

O.K. second favorite after Donkey Kong. Am I showing my age again?

funny all the whining we did about the interface now most of it is second nature. I still have to refer back to some threads sometimes to remember how to do stuff [always that separating men from their transport thing] ....the manual still sucks though. Great game if you stick with it, some truly killer moments to see. Be sure to take some screenies of the cool stuff and post it.

Washington...someone say Washington....Tacoma here....GO HAWKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
