Status: offline 		I have found where I swap differrent aircraft, like from Bf 109 to Fw 190, but cant find the same mechanism for tanks, would like to change a Pz 1 to a Pz III in a unit, independant battalion, or cant it be done?

Status: offline 		Understand it can't be done (at least for Axis) and that's the design, something about abuse of feature in predecessor games from GG.
Actually, game as is seems to have sensible rules for upgrades.

Think plane swapping is a bit too facile for historical evidence, but itsa small issue across the eastern front's scope.

Status: offline 		It's impossible to change/upgrade elements in ground units. Changes are automatical (swaps, upgrades, TOE change) - for both sides.

Status: offline 		No, all ground element upgrades are TOE driven. Aircraft are changeable because there is no air unit TOE per se.
