When playing as the Japanese, with the economy on, when Japan receives LCU reinforcements does it require manpower, vehicle assembly points etc. or do the units just appear?

All Devices require manpower equal to its weight.

Squads take ONE Armament Point. Every other device - number of Armament Points or Vehicle Points (if it is vehicle) equal to its weight.

If you are short on something, unit will show understrength (but I think it will show at 30%, even if your pools are empty).

Thanks, that answers my question.
