I occupy an objective. For example a hill that is the highest one in the area. Perfect position for my man! One inf battalion with PaK platoon. I know moving of enemies and also I know there are armored units. Knowing is my advantage so I want to use it. So I will attach PaK to the battalion and order "defend" with exact direction. And here is my problem...! AI places friendly units on the hill so calamitously that the PaK is too behind and has no view. That is why it cant to fire. I dont believe that real commander on the hill would do it this way. So how to do it? I dont want to use micromanagement for each positioning units. I think it not sense of this game. So how could I achieve optimal position for my PaK? Maybe I do something wrong way. Or do I have to do really manually?
