Now, back to $20, while slyly keeping the percentage the same at 35%...they merely raised the starting price...Slick Matrix. Very slick...Pity, as this was my little stocking filler to round off my Matrix purchase after I get a couple of the other games. And seeing as the sale lasts until sometime in January, I figured I could afford to wait...oh well.

Is this a normal thing for prices to jump around during the christmas sales?

Is where he says its back up to the 'regular' sale price.

It was dropped to price match on a game they don't have exclusivity on.

I just wanted to chime in to say, as a HUGE Unity of Command fan, that the game is easily worth $40. The supply line modelling alone is awesome, and the killer AI is one of the best I've seen in a strategy game in years. At $20 this is s steal, and the devs are coming out with an expansion this Christmas. If I were you I'd grab this thing.

It is indeed an excellent game; one of the best Matrix sell. As I found out when picking it up at Steam for very little. The expansion was released there today, incidently.

You really do need to hunt around these days, both between sellers and within their websites. Steam had over a hundred offers up until yesterday that were a hang-over from the Thanksgiving sale but they weren't headlined anywhere. The Gamersgate sale seems to be lasting for the duration, now, and there are some good deals there, too. Anything can happen over Christmas and I suspect anything that has been deeply reduced even for a day will be again at some point.
