Having played Trappenjagd once as the soviets I would like to try it as the Germans against an experienced opponent. Alternatively I could do soviets or the case blue scenario.

Hi, well, since nobody seems interested in challenging me for case blue, why not, I'll take up your challenge.

The reason why I'm a little leery o trappenjagd is that I heard that the dismissal rule was broken in it, due to the soviets starting on an offensive stance. This is why I would personally prefer the case blue scenario, but I'd play you at trappenjagd in any case. I've sent you a PM, so let me know!
