I was fooling around with the 1914.lua and the constrution.lua. If you play as Central Power this should be a easy game. Playing as the Entente should give a bit more of a challenge. I only tested this on balanced difficulty. This will install using the Generic Mod Enabler. See the readme for what was tweaked.

Just copy Central Power Boost folder to your MODS folder. Then use the mod enabler to install.
