Status: offline 		Is this designed so that when you build a Corps from 2 divisions and 1 brigade, the brigade is upgraded to a division for free? Building up from 3 divisions gives initially a stronger corps, but it costs 5 AP more (the difference in price between brigade and division).

Status: offline 		The loopholes on the SHC side have yet to be addressed, if you have less then 450 AP every turn as SHC your not using the loop holes.

The only thing holding back SHC side at this pt from 20000 divisions is manpower.

If looked at purely from the point of view of the AP cost of building a division you are correct but for that "savings" to be real you would have to assume that the brigade used in building the corps was "purchased" to begin with. Most likely almost all rifle brigades in the game will arrive as reinforcements with no associated AP cost to produce. Unless you plan on building rifle brigades with the intention of turning them into divisions by incorporating them into corps, you won't be saving any AP points. I would argue that you'll build all the corps you could ever want long before you run out of "free" rifle brigades to incorporate into them.

No, you can build a division from 2 brigades. Initially it will be weaker than a div build from 3 brigades, but you don't need to have 3 brigades.

20000 * 10 = 200,000 AP
200 turns * 50 AP/turn = 10,000 AP points total

It appears that more than loopholes and manpower prevent this from happening. Math plays a part in it also.
Silly math.

I tried to. Having 3 brigades on one hex, I deselected one and clicked the buildup button and nothing happened. Maybe this is a bug?
