Status: offline 		So, 1.04 came out. If I apply the patch now, will I get all the changes/improvements in my ongoing campaign? Or do I have to start a new one from scratch?

You will have to start a new one from scratch. Some of the fixes will be embedded in the scenario/save game.

Status: offline 		Official 1.04 looks very much like 1.04beta. Has anything been added since 1.04beta which should/should not be applied to an ongoing pbem started in this version?
