Two questions on WitP (not AE). One is whether there is any adjustment for Allied code breaking. The current intelligence system does not appear to take the advantage into account. I have not found any patch or update and did not know if one is planned, or incorporated into the AE game (which, by the way, lacks some of the great scenarios possible). Second is that while I have ships in places like Karachi and San Francisco, with tons of supplies and repair points, little to nothing seems to happen day to day. The rules stipulate what led me to expect a more rapid outcome than I am seeing. Any thoughts? I even took all the docked non-task force ships into docked task forces to try to alleviate any chance their presence affected the repair rate.

Neither AE nor vanilla have a ramp up in intelligence based on Allied code breaking capabilities iirc. But AE does have an extra depth to FOW whereby the Allies and Japanese need to do recon to get better intel on Industry etc.

There are no furute patches for witp but MichaelM continues to fine-tune AE (for which we are eternally grateful)

As for mods, AE is relatively new and it takes a while to make the scenario's. Most of those contained in vanilla are now available in AE.

What is the question? About ship repairs ?

Honestly, you should be posting this in the WITP forum as it doesn't belong here ... AE is a worthy purchase if you've got the dough. All the extra's make witp redundant, except if you want a "lighter" game.
