Does the IS subs torps get an upgrade?

I know they get a reduction to the dud rate, but in the editor, the 21in MK 14 does not appear to have any upgrades.

It seems like they should have some? They had the MK 16-18 during the war.

never seen the torps changing, perhaps there's a mod doing so but stock or Babeslite subs stay with their Mk-14, the only versions I've played so far.

Upgrade field only works for LCU devices (OK, with latest beta also for planes), so if ship wants to upgrade any of its weapons, it have to be done during ship upgrade (by changing the device), something similar to what is done for all 1 in US AA guns.
