If you could post a dxdiag / glewinfo report we can probably help you get the game up and running. Chances are it's either a VC++ problem or a driver one.

What have you tried already?

Status: offline 		Well, here is the error messages you requested. I've tried everthing suggested and have had no luck getting past this error. I don't know what else to try.
