Trying to buy but...

I tried to buy this title a few hours ago but ran into a small snag. I went to the help desk and put priority 1 on the ticket but after it was sent, it showed as a priority 3. I waited for awhile and tried to update it as priority 1 but it still shows as a 3. I've only had to use the help desk once over the years so I have no idea on the timeframe between a priority 1 or a priority 3 response. I was hoping to buy this title today. I'd love any ideas on how to change my ticket to a priority 1.

We will look into this issue, but I have answered your question on the Help Desk.

The priority system is going to be removed as all tickets are really top priority and everyone wants their issue dealt with ASAP. We don't use it and always deal with tickets in the order they were received. Its a bit of legacy code that just hasn't been taken out yet so sorry for the confusion.
