Do tenders (AVD,AV,AVP) provide aviation support for transport planes with the float attribute ((Mavis L, Emily L for Japan and Do-24, Mariner 3R, Sunderland C.III for Allies)?

AFAIK, yes, they do to ALL the float planes, no matter which kind of float planes we're talking about
