Three of the four ships in class were scrapped within ten years of entering service. I wonder if the builders broke even on them.

the wiki says "555,000 metric tons deadweight (DWT) gross tonnage" is that how much they carry? Does that equate to 555000 points of oil or fuel in AE? dang.

I think DWT includes everything carried by the ship, including crew, fuel, and cargo. But most of that would be the cargo capacity.
