Turn 35

From turns 31 to 35 I recieved 9 new divisions and am only losing 14,000 men to atrition as 70% of the German army is west of the blizzard line. I should be gaining about 10k men per turn from replasments alone and the divisions should be another 15,000 X 9 = 135,000 + replasements = 165,000 I am not even counting all the SU and security units.

But as can be seen my OOB dropped 16,000 and dropped 54,000 from turns 34 to 35.

There are 200,000 men in the pool as of turn 35, which seems about right.

Turn 19 screen shot is in next post.

My OOB should be closer to 3.6 million and not 3.4 million, on turn 19 I had 3.432,000 million now on turn 35 its at 3.432,000.

I have been sitting in Germany for close to 10 turns and recieved 18 divisions and my OOB is basicly unchanged?

If I am sitting and not fighting and only losing 14,000 men per turn to atrition and recieiving new units why is my OOB static and **** dropping?

By my rough calc's the Axis OOB lost 240K just through withdrawals between T19 and T34.

Did you consider that?

Me thinks herr Pelton is getting nervous

We are only talking German OOB and allies ect. The German OOB only.
There were only 6 German divisions withdrawn and 18 arrive, plus a boat load of SU's and regiments.

Not sure where you came up with the 240k number?

Rework your numbers based on the reinforcement & withdrawal 3's, then add in 10k per turn for replasements over 16 turns.

Nervous about math? No, English and spelling yes I am nervous hehehe.

As can be seen by doing simple math the German OOB should not be static over those 16 turns.

Well you your OOB is 500K over the normal 2.8 to 2.9 we see during a 'normal' blizzard O. It looks ok to me.

Anyway you deserve to be screwed you damn coward!!!

As an aside, even though you are sitting outside the 'special 1941 winter' effects area. You are still in a blizzard. Does that amount to extra attrition anyway? Regardless of where you are?

Not aure what happened but the OOB jumped up to 3,563,000? +133,000 a little less then what I thought I was missing.

It could be that I had not moved a single infantry (18) division yet and they were not counted until moved?

The hole # thing is all over the plase some times then normal for months on end. Seems to be the most wierd during 41/42 blizzard.

Another strange thing is your plane OOB

Turn 35 - 7259
Turn 36 - 942

You move them to reserve or something?

All the rest of the numbers look normal and growing slowly.

no if you been checking losses per turn it was at about 12k to 14k depending on the month. Turn 36 is up some because of a few battles an I have moved more untils east.
