Status: offline 		Here's my heavy guns headed to Port Moresby. I don't know how well you can see this but that minelaying ship finally arrived at PM and
laid a minefield and is now tending to it. So Port Moresby is as well protected as I can make it now. Now that the heavy guns have
arrived I can ship in some more people to PM and try to stabilize the situation.

Status: offline 		I really have no explaination why these DMS ships ended up in that hex. I think maybe they reacted into the hex. I don't remember
giving them orders to sail into that hex. I'm flamoxed. Now DMS W-5 is the only undamaged DMS ship left.

long before the fatigue mounts up.

Status: offline 		Here's how it went on the ground at Manila: I've got orders in to the LCU's in Bataan to move them to Manila so pretty soon we'll have
some extra hands to help in the push. I've got plans to bring my remaining DMS boat to Bataan and sweep up that minefield. Then I
can start bombarding Manila via boats. That will probably destroy all the industry in Manila but at least it will rid me of Allies faster.

Status: offline 		Did I happen to mention that no industry failed this time. I turned off the oil refinery at Rangoon so it wouldn't fail but it's too low on oil to
continue without an infusion of oil. I'll have to see what I can do about that. Not much probably.

Status: offline 		When mine sweepers are sent to a specific hex, they try to sweep mines in the surrounding hexes as well. I am not sure if it works the same way when you set a Patrol for them.

Thanks for your input. No I mean it. You might think, given that I'm down to my last undamaged DMS boat that I might be sarcastic, but
no it's tips like this that help us new guys along.

Thanks for your post. I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Don't let your DMS-etc. boats react into enemy coastal guns.
Just letting them react.....I lose more boats that way......

EDIT: I've got the 4th / B Div loading on boats in the Oosthaven port even though there's an Allied sub in the same hex w/ me. Is that
relatively risky? I'm thinking maybe. I want to move it to northern Java ASAP and now's as good a time as any I guess.

Status: offline 		I'm seeing the CM ship type in amongst the other ship types in the Allied lists but I'm thinking I'm seeing another Jap sub already in the
Diego Garcia hex so maybe there's not a working minefield in that hex yet. So I'm going to move another sub into the DG hex to try to see if I can bag some kind of big ship. I'd even be happy with a CM right now.

Status: offline 		Here's the situation around Gasmata: I've landed the 1st China Assault Div and chased off the Allied unit that was here and captured
the base......now I want to use the 1st China Assault Div at Port Moresby. Taking them to PM would leave just an AA unit and a light
naval guard unit AV=13 or something pitiful like that. Jim has a wounded unit in the jungle adjacent to Gasmata and he could come
calling again w/ it and I'd hate to lose Gasmata again so I'm thinking about fragmenting the 1st China Assault Div. Probably not a good
idea to do that though. I need all able hands at PM right now.

Status: offline 		TF 488 is taking an Emily unit ( 2 planes, 2 pilots ) to Marcus Island. They will take up a naval search program there to help sound the
alarm if any Allied ships attempt to penetrate our perimeter. The Emily can really reach out there so the search arc fan will be large. I'll
post a picture of it when it's built. You'll like it. There's only two planes and 2 pilots but I'm thinking I can get maybe 40% out of them
before fatigue sets in.

Status: offline 		I need to replace I-15 w/ a sub that has a float plane so I can get some decent recon of Midway. I-15 is telling me Midway is still there
but not much else. I'm pretty sure there is an LCU there and maybe some planes. And I could have sworn that there was a ship parked
in the shipyard but I don't know if it's docked or not. None of that is coming from I-15 so I need a different sub.
