The pilot of the CL Tromp's Kingfisher is ultra-depressed and requires rest every other freaking day to keep his morale up. Doesn't he realize that there's a war on? So do you more experienced folks 1) pay the PP cost to replace him. 2) Ignore it, let him search all angst'y and stuff. 3) Some thing else?

Status: offline 		can you add a (trained) pilot? they'll alternate, & fatigue won't accrue as fast. but if the orig guy (also the group leader) has v. low Insp. ability, the new guy will just get depressed, too!

if sqn morale drops below 50, they won't fly at all, & will take some little time to recover. sometimes i think that a single-plane ship-board detachment is more trouble than it's worth, who wants to spend 10-15 PP to replace the ldr of such a small asset?

mebbe his morale won't drop as fast if he don't have to work to hard - rest him 'til he's happy again, then fly him at reduced range and/or 50%ops/50% rest so fatigue stays low.

Status: offline 		The family of said Dutch pilot are in Nazi occupied Holland, he hasnt heard from them for 18 months and is concerned that having a Jewish Grandmother might cause a problem.

He is a some malaria ridden pest hole in Asia, the natives hate him, he knows the japanese have set their eyes upon the DEI and has a realistic idea of how his Kingfisher will fare against modern fighters or how Tromp would stand up against any IJN CA or worse.

What morale rating would you apply?

Status: offline 		If you really want to remove him, go to a port, dock, add a pilot either from the reserve or experienced, then go to the "pilots" list and delete the pilot you don't want. Remember to ADD as many pilots as the system will allow before deleting your pilot of concern.... also send a message to the pilot that beer is on sale at the local PX...that should do the trick. Remember the Dutch have the highest per capita beer consumption in the world....
