Thought I'd share a nice days repair at a Lvl 1 port. The DD got hit by a Dutch SS while on ASW (which pisses me off) 2 hexes from Muntok. I sent an AD that day from Singapore and they worked through the night to get her holes patched.

Not usual to see 35 repair points in such circumstances.

Good to see evidence that ADs really DO help with major repairs, everything I've read has been ambiguous "maybe it does, maybe it doesn't" stuff. Wow, that's nice.

I have seen BB repairing 40 flotation points in two days.

After asking Michaelm he told me that those where not physical damage to ship repaired but only minor floding was repaired.

They just pomp all water from hull but damages where not repaired

It looks like the AD was repairing "Major" damage, though, not just the minor flooding.

Major flooding stayed at 49. The only repair is minor flooding.
