Anyone know what's up with NWS? Went to their site to price out the new games and they don't have a Matrix/Slitherine link up. Did something happen?

It's back today, but with a different pricing structure. Must have been updating the site and I just happened along at the wrong time.

I’ve bought several games from NWS. They were delivered very quickly – especially as they are in the States and I'm in the UK. Customer service was good too. It is also often cheaper for me to buy games for U.S. dollars than to buy them for Pounds in the UK.

NWS uses our system to deliver the games, so they never actually even touch the games. They are dispatched direct from our warehouse in Germany or the US. Its our customer support that deals with all issues. NWS just forwards them to us. The difference is if you buy from us direct you get a free download for ever.
