Public Beta 1.7.11.17

On turn 1 when I'm setting up Japan I split Ominato Ku T-1 into 3rds and tried to send A/B/C to Kaga/Shokaku/Zuikaku. A goes to Kaga fine. When I try to send B to Shokaku the program crashes.

In the previous version 1108r9 I had no problems with this type of transfer.

OS is WIN7/64

Strange. It has lost it's hex location and is crashing when trying to draw the main screen.
Checking....fixed

The error depends on the circumstances. Just happens that the beta put into the right circumstances - junk in the location hex at time of display - rather than the beta had a bug.
