I have a question in regards to the AT Guns...
I wish there was a means for these units to not waste ammo (ie HEAT rounds) on infantry if they are out of HE rounds. Its just a waste....

I agree, that can be frustrating. I have gone so far as to give them a Hold Fire order, to keep them from firing at Infantry and using up their AT rounds. Of course, then you need to remember to release them when tanks appear.

The targetting algorythm should give priority to tanks over Infantry, unless the AT gun can't hurt the tank target, or unless the Infantry pose a higher threat at that point in time.

An AT Gun should never fire AT rounds at infantry.
