Is there a way to select what color the player counters are in a random game? I notice that the colors of the counters seem to be random. Can I limit the colors that I play with to say blue, or red?

You can manually change the colors with the editor. Chose the editor function instead of starting the game. Then I believe you go to Reg which is regimes. Select each regime and make the counter the color you want. A palate will pop up to chose from.
