In the bases, there is:
Supply No/yes
supply required
Fuel No/yes
fuel required

what does Yes/No mean?

if Yes, you are allowing the transport to supply/transport supplies/fuel to the base?
I changed to yes, but i didnt observe a quick effect though.

It means stockpiling on/off
If set to on the base will keep its supplies / fuel / oil und not allow other bases to draw supplies / fuel / oil respectively

If you put "yes" then the materials/fuel will NOT pass on to other bases/ports down the line. So if you trigger this, make sure you know what other dominoes will fall!!!
