I assume Axis air bases also get impacted by the blizzard morale drop? So is it best to rail them back to germany and let them all have a holiday till march?

On a similar note do HQ units suffer the morale drop to? And what impact does an HQs morale have on the game, I have been wondering about that for awhile.

Send the aircraft back to the Reserve, all LW base/HQ units TOE 50% until they are back in Poland or non FW effect sites. Some keep a hard core Interdiction force of Tac and Ftrs with % jacked way up just to P.O. the Bear.
