Yes..I am using v101g. Also same issue w/ the previous beta that you sent me on Aug. 4.

FYI..this is a single person game against the AI and not PBEM.

Yes its a seperate issue from the PBEM++ issue.

I was able to reproduce yours and am now doing research how to fix it.

The test build seems to work fine. The turn processed normally.
