Installed 1.10 but no new library

well the subject says it all...I can`t see new planes...
Do I do something wrong?

Only the English version is supported and out at the moment, the German, French and Russian localizations follow in the coming weeks. So put the main game in English and all should be there, as you play at the moment most likely in German.
