What I did was start with the DC2BIG files, then shrink them by half and put them in dc2 for the first zoom, and shrink again by half and stick in dc2small for the second zoom Each folder is the files for each zoom level. Unlike WiTE, he models every individual hex. I put numbers in the middle of each strip for the plains, and noticed that the game uses a (random?) one of the 13 hexes on the strip when it paints a hex.
