I am unable to get a database to open. I can't find H3CD.

The H3RE gives me a run time error after pressing one of the "buttons"

DB portion of the scenario editor seems to not be working. I use the drop down and I can get a long bullet button list of equipment, but there are no other buttons in the window. I then have to close the program and start it over.

A great help and I hope useful for others as well.

I am trying to use H3RE_3_10.mdb with the PlayersDB in the ANW Ultimate; windows 7/64 bit, Office 2010 student.

The first problem is that access 2010 auto starts, of which I do not have a full license. Clicking on any button causes a runtime error.
Clicking import causes a series of failed file reads and then a runtime error.

I read somewhere that changing the file extension to H3RE_3_10.accdr would force the access 2003 runtime.
This seems to work, the PlayersDB will load, but only a small fraction of equipment appears in any of the data windows.

For people wanting to attempt the file extension change, I had to run a cmd window, cd to the file location and use cn to change the name.

Thank you for your kind words, but actually I help edit this video - I did not make it. For further help with technical details, you would be better off to contact the creator directly (like via a post on the Harpoon for Dummies channel).

Anyway, if you have problems of any kind with the game don't hesitate to ask. The community is here to help
