I am playing one game now using Brad Kay's modified campaign scenario. Once I can clear out some of my other games committments in progress, I would like another game (Squad Leader, Uncommon Valor, Victory in the Pacific, War at Sea, The Civil War, EastFront, War in Europe). Will it run on Windows Mil HE or on Windows 7?

It won't run on Windows 7 (or Vista) without a DOS emulator such as DOSbox. I assume by the first you meant Windows Millenium, and if so it should run.
Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?

Yes, Millenium Edition "home basic" (a mistake not to be made again).
I will download it then and see if I can get it to run.

It will work in Windows in Dosbox (free download program). I'm playing in Linux and Win7 in Dosbox when traveling.

Download and install DosBox from anywhere, run it and see (F1 I think) how to mount the directory where you have WIR installed and run it

Hope that helps [:)]
