Recently purchased John Tiller's Campaign Series, fully updated it and when trying to play the screen will go black and stay that way. I tried running the game as the administrator but that was unsuccessful. Anyone had this problem and overcome it?

What operating system? This game has older graphics and doesn't play nice sometimes with newer systems. There are some tips in the JTCS forum listed under WWII games way down on the forums page.
