Want to share my tweaked AI, not much, but its a bit harder to play with them.
Pop growth +50% approx
Intelligence + 10-20%
Aggression + 10-40%
Changed some tech focusing depending on race, also changed from NONE or some stupid techs like recreation or medicine to construction.
Better play on Unrest setting
its a bit harder to get friends with them etc.
Player will get this bonuses as well, but it has more benefits for AI anyway
for 1.7.0.15 beta, shoud work on previous versions, but who knows
